Enter TidyTilt. It’s designed to keep your headphones organized, and for propping your iPhone up, just like it would an iPad with a Smart Cover. The TidyTilt itself attaches to the iPhone with a magnetic band, which does not affect you memory or give your phone antenna problems. As the designers put it, the TidyTilt tidies, tilts, and mounts your iPhone.

Twitter has been buzzing, because as of 12:50am October 7th Pre-Orders are now being accepting by Apple. Many people have been waiting all night for the pre-order form to go live. Although the pre-orders are being accepted, many customers are finding it hard to actually get the phone ordered. I’m sure Apple are still working out kinks in the system, so it might take a while before things are running smoothly. The unlocked iPhone 4S looks like it will be getting a November release, as stated on Apple’s website. This is good news for people looking to get the unlocked phone in the future. As of right now though, people are going through the painstaking process of getting one of these new gadgets ordered (myself included). Good luck to everyone out there going for one!

You may have seen this iPhone floating around the Internet lately, and rightly so, as it has now reached just over $100,000 on EBay. Similar to the leaked iPhone 4 from Gizmodo, this iPhone is a tester iPhone, with numbers on the back and front. The phone itself is a brick because it can’t be activated with AT&T. As of right now, there have been over 76 bids on the phone. The EBay listing itself still has 7 weeks left, so there could be a significant increase in price as time goes along. The owner claims that he is a cellphone repair man who stumbled over someone who didn’t know what to do with the iPhone, and that it is perfectly legal, but it is most likely that Apple will step in at some point. If not, this guy is going to be very rich.

The White iPhone will be released by the end of April on both AT&T and Verizon.

But while the news is good, in other senses its just another blow to Apple as the setback is so huge, people are now most likely just going to hold out for the new iPhone that was rumored to come out in the June-July period.

Unless Apple decides to postpone the release until September-October which is looking more and more likely as the wait for the white iPhone lengthens.

Photojojo has made some pretty awesome stuff in the past, and now they have brought out a really awesome new telephoto lens. To use the new lens, just put on the case and shoot away. The lens can be manually detached which is useful because you don’t really want to be putting your phone with this lens in your pocket. The kit from Photojojo also comes with a tripod. After reviewing some of the photos, I wouldn’t call this lens worthy of a sigma, but it does magnify your photos pretty damn far without losing too much quality. This telephoto lens is available for the iPhone 3G/S and iPhone 4.

A reader of Engadget recently went to the Apple Store and picked up one the new iPhone bumper cases (for the Verizon iPhone). Apple are selling this case as the “universal iPhone Case”. The only real difference is that the mute bottom takes up a little more space. So if you’re moving over to Verizon, you may want to sell your old case before making the jump.

So the iPhone is finally on Verizon but the question is, will you switch to get it? These days you get tied into contracts so it’s a big decision which carrier you go with. Do you think it’s worth switching? Vote in our new poll in the sidebar or leave a comment bellow.

Tomorrow, the Verizon iPhone is most likely going to be released. Being a previous Verizon customer; I understand your joy and excitement. But don’t pull the trigger just yet.

You may be thinking, “Elliot, are you nuts? Trying to make me wait more?!” Well, yes. Yes I am. You see, the iPhone seems wonderful now. Multitouch, HD camera, FaceTime, Apps! But what are you going to do come June (when all the new iPhones are released)?! That’s right; you’ll be chained to the floor for the next 2 years, with nothing but your rusty, old, outdated iPhone.

Don’t be fooled: this is not a new model. There are no new special features; unless you include “better service”, which is actually yet to be determined. The iPhone may still drop calls. And what if Verizon can’t handle the surge of all the new iPhone customers, and you end up with the same crappy service as AT&T?

Last year, in August, a few months after the iPhone 4 was released, I switched over to AT&T, saved up my cash, and purchased my iPhone 3Gs. This was a big step up from not having a phone at all before, but I should’ve waited. Now I’m attached to my prehistoric 3Gs until I turn 15. It hurts. Right in the heart. An aching pain, hoping to be soothed by a luscious new iPhone. Okay, maybe I’m taking it a little too far…

The moral of the story is, have patience, young Padawan. Do not fall into temptation. You’ll thank me later.

Wow, Apple. Yet another delay on the white iPhone 4? This is getting ridiculous! This statement was released today:

We’re sorry to disappoint customers waiting for the white iPhone yet again, but we’ve decided to delay its release until this Spring.

We’re assuming that they’re still facing the same manufacturing errors that caused the original delays. As a result, the new white iPhones won’t arrive until Spring 2011. We think. Hopefully. As of right now, there’s always black: http://www.apple.com/iphone/.
