Canon has released a new SLR which is called the Rebel T2i. This bad boy can shoot 18.7 megapixel stills at 3.7 fps. The T2i is very similar to the EOS 7D but it has more updated features. The video has been improved now with 30 / 25 / 24 fps in 1080p. The camera can also do an ultra-zoomed “movie crop” function that can bring the zoom up by 7x but the video will be SD. This new camera will hit retail in March for $800, with a EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens kit at $900.
