Well it’s official: as of today the Windows 8 dev build is available to download. Along with all the new features you’ll see with Windows 8, you’ll also get these apps pre-installed with it for the developer in you:

• 64-bit Windows Developer Preview
• Windows SDK for Metro style apps
• Microsoft Visual Studio 11 Express for Windows Developer Preview
• Microsoft Expression Blend 5 Developer Preview
• 28 Metro style apps including the BUILD Conference app

All you have to do is download of the ISOs below (depending on your computer), and burn the IOS file to a disk.
