Mojang – Cobalt and Scrolls Alpha Codes

Unfortunately for you, the love of my life, my blog readers, only those attending MineCon will receive alpha codes for the two games Mojang is currently developing.

Cobalt is a 2D action game that will be released first on Windows, then on Mac and Linux at a later time.

You play as Agent Cobalt and try to find out what happened to a lost colonization ship. You can also play in co-op mode and build your own maps with a game editor! Your custom maps will also be easy to share with other users.

Mojang is also working on a game called Scrolls. Scrolls offers, “offers a new and unique game play where you fight to outmaneuver your opponent on the battlefield using the destructive powers in your collection of magical scrolls. ” And began development when Markus Persson and Jakob Porser wanted to make a game that they felt was missing in the gaming community.
