The site works kind of like how the Wii’s Mii option does; you select your gender, hairstyle, facial hair, shirt, jacket, pants, shoes, and other physical features. The site works through Twitter, so whatever your Twitter name is, that’s the name of your account.
When you get your account, you can give up to five invites to other people. That means you could invite your friends to eightbit.me, and they would have their own account where they can give invites to up to five people, and so on.
Even though the whole eightbit icon fad is slowly fading out, I still think this is a very cool website, and I can’t wait to see what they will add to the site.
