Only two hours after Verizon put up pre-orders for the iPhone 4 they broke their first day sales record. Crazy, but no surprise.
For years now people have wanted the iPhone 4 on Verizon, and not too long ago, that happened. Think about all the people who wanted the iPhone 4 on Verizon, a majority of them probably pre-ordered the iPhone 4 for Verizon.
It’s not really a good idea to pre-order this, mainly because of rumors of the “iPhone 5″ coming out this summer, but people don’t seem to care. We’ll have to see how the service is on the iPhone 4 when people start speed testing it and comparing it to AT&T’s service. With breaking first day sales records after only two hours, there has to be at least some people doing speed tests!
