Remember those ‘Followed by’ and ‘You both follow’ temporary boxes on people’s profiles on Twitter that let you know common tweeps between you and someone else? If you do, you probably also remember how they weren’t here to stay. Not with the same name, anyway.
After removing those features for what seemed like forever, Twitter has brought them back, this time with the name ‘Connections’. Connections are to Twitter what Mutual Friends are to Facebook.
This is a great new feature that should have been implemented a long time ago. I don’t know about you, but every time I get a new follower, I like checking on the email mutual followers/followees to know how they found me.
