Tablets Will Kill Netbooks

If you saw all the coverage from CES. You would have noticed the abundance of tablets that were on display. So is it fair to say that netbooks are slowly dying?

You may have your own opinion on the topic, but if we go by hard facts, the answer is yes. Even the great Steve Jobs said that netbooks aren’t good for anything! Personally, I think tablets will almost eliminate netbooks within the next two years.

Many people may complain about the lack of a physical keyboard, and I would agree that most virtual keyboards just don’t cut it. But I saw some very innovative ideas at CES. For example, one particular tablet incorporated a slide out physical keyboard. This forward way of thinking will encourage other manufactures to try their hand at the tablet phenomenon.
