After the Verizon iPhone was announced, we knew that Personal Hotspot was going to come to other carriers pretty soon and it looks like it will be in 4.3. This new developer-only update doesn’t any other major updates other than Airplay for apps. This basically lets developers use Airplay to stream video to Apple TV which could bring some nice improvements to apps like Hulu and Netflix. It turns out personal hotspot has to be enabled by the carrier for it to work so maybe we won’t see it on At&t after all….
