Has The Nintendo 3DS Already Failed?

As many game fans might already know, the 3DS has been in the news recently. It seems already that 3DS is not in a good shape. To start off the battery life seems to not keep up with modern day standards, 3 To 8 hours* is the 3DS battery life where as the previous battery life on the Nintendo DSi Is 9 to 14 hours of play. So more charging for you frequent game users then!

Also the 3DS wont be a 3DS for younger children because Nintendo have sent out a warning to parents stating that it could affect their vision. So parents wont want their children using the 3d feature. Nintendo has lost their new experience with younger children if they cant view the 3D also Nintendo has failed to impress the mainstream audience with its low battery life.
