Will Dual Core Processors Be Mandatory For Honeycomb?

According to Enspert’s Bobby Cha, Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) will require not only a dual core processor, but also a 1280 x 720 resolution screen in order to run. Cha says that Honeycomb will be targeted towards larger tablet devices that have a screen size of at least 7 inches. The Galaxy Tab won’t be able to run 3.0 but perhaps the Moto Tablet in the future?
