Microsoft Unveils Newest Game in the Flight Simulator Series

At this year’s GamesCom in Germany, Microsoft unveiled pictures and video on two new video games: Age of Empires: Online and Microsoft Flight. After Microsoft shut down the series last year, it appears it has been rebranded without the "Simulator" name and simply called "Flight". Without "Simulator" in the game’s name it may hint that this is intended for a broader audience and not just for flight enthusiasts. Microsoft did release a statement saying that "Microsoft Flight will bring a new perspective to the long-standing genre, welcoming everyone, including long-time fans, to experience the magic of flight." It will be interesting to see what details will be released in the coming months.
