Yeah, we saw this one coming. Today at Verizon’s Droid event, the Droid X was unveiled. The Droid X sports a 4.3-inch 854 x 480 display, Android 2.1, DDMI out, an 8-megapixel camera with an LED flash and 720p video recording, 8GB of built-in storage, a 1GHz Processor, and an all new UI-skin. Other features include a multitouch keyboard with Swype, similar battery life to the original Droid, and 3 microphones to help reduce noise. Unfortunately the Droid X will not get Froyo until late summer but if you still want to pick one up, they are $200 after a $100 mail-in rebate and they launch on July 15th. Speaking of Froyo… it launches today as well!
