Twitter has just announced that it will be launching a new anti-fishing service. This new feature will allow Twitter’s Trust and Safety team to monitor every single link submitted so that they can prevent phishing attacks. Twitter says that their main focus for this new program is Direct messages since that is where most of the Phishing Links occur. We already know that is has something to do with their twt.tl link shortening service but other than that we don’t have to much information. We’ll update you when we find out more.

Has anyone left the hook exposed? Maybe stich the hook to the head, but leave the point exposed? I’m thinking that after the sword takes the bait the mantle shreds and comes off the sinker and rips off from the stiching. It then slides down and covers up the hook helping to cause missed hook-up’s. These big squids have such thick skin that the hook is not able to penetrate the squid skin and stick into the sword.
