Palm’s Ares SDK is essentially a web-based application for developing webOS apps for the Palm Pre and Pixi. The interface is sleek and easy to use. So easy in fact that someone with zero programming knowledge could make an application. Not necessarily an app that people would buy or use but you get my point.
