The CrunchPad is Dead

We’ve got some very sad news for everyone. The CrunchPad is dead. The company that Mike Arrington hired to build the web-tablet, Fusion Garage, cancelled on the deal. Mike says that he is going to be filing multiple lawsuits. The details aren’t that clear but apparently, the device was actually ready to ship on November 20th, but on the 17th, Fusion Garage cut TechCrunch out of the deal and decided to cell the tablet themselves. We’re not sure we’ve seen the last of the CrunchPad, but for the moment I’m extremely disappointed.
