Windows 7 Starter Pack Losing Personalization

In the most recent build of Windows 7 (7068), it seems that the Starter Pack has been deprived of it’s personlization features. In other words, you can’t change the sound settings, or the background! The “Starter Pack” was aimed at netbooks but seriously! Ways of getting around this little zit are on their way….. I sense an OTN Tip in the making…..
